Our Business

Daybreak Equity Corp. was estblished by R.J. "Bob" Moger Jr. who was originally in the engineering business and later transitioned to Real Estate and Development.

 Bob Moger has designed and built whole communities with golf courses,retirement facilities with medical facilities, chrches, houses, and small additions and now specializes in Energy Efficient Residential Construction.

Because of his lifetime of experience, Bob is able to help his customers avoid some of the potential pitfalls in the building process and makes sure they are taking the easiest and most affordable route to home ownership.
